These Terms and Conditions of Service govern your use of the services provided by Bookify Technology FZC via the website https://bookifyevents.com/ . By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
1.1 Bookify Technology FZC maintains the website https://bookifyevents.com/ and provides services related to event bookings, ticket sales, and related functionalities .
1.2 United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile, and these Terms & Conditions, along with any transaction or dispute, will be governed by the laws of the UAE.
1.3 By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them.
2.1 Scope of Services: We provide event-related services through our Site, including but not limited to event registration, ticketing, reservations, and related services.
2.2 Service Availability: Our Services are available to customers who are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Service without notice, subject to the terms of prior agreements or transactions.
3.1 Age Requirement: Customers using the Site must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not register as a user or transact on the Site.

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
4.2 Transaction Currency: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card’s currency.
4.3 Charges: All prices listed on the Site are exclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, or charges unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes or fees will be added to your total at the time of purchase.
4.4 Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email along with a transaction receipt. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the transaction records for reference.

8.1 No Liability for Loss: Bookify is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that arises from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to the loss of data, interruption of service, or issues related to the event.
8.2 No Guarantee of Event Services: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable event services, we do not guarantee the availability of events or tickets and are not liable for any cancellations or changes made by event organizers.
9.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.1 Events Beyond Control: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or internet service interruptions.
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the UAE. By using the Site, you agree to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
